GuiGuy In the past our enterprise subscription wasn't recognised, which I raised with acyba who claimed it was a glitch or oversight. According to our account details the subscription is active until Oct 2021. Now we find we are only able to download the starter version. The Download button on our account page does not work for us. Then I tried to use the COntact page and all I get is "CONTACT US" - no details or form. As long time subscribers this kind of treatment is becoming a little irritating. Over to you, Acyba
mihha Hi, can you tell me did you log in to the site before you accessed the Contact form or did you use Contact form without a login? Did you try to use some other browser? We have seen issues with Firefox browser where its security parameters would block access to some parts of the site
GuiGuy I was logged in. In any case, would I see my account details and license details if I wasn't logged in? However, just now I get the download selection dialog. Clicking on Joomla Enterprise I now get "Access denied"
Alexandre Hi @GuiGuy, Come on please let's stay kind on the forum. Not sure complaining and saying we're treating our users in a bad way helps us to solve the issue. Seems that we're having access denied issues with users using Firefox. Please give a try using another browser while we're working at it.
