• Subscribe on Hikashop at (registration and checkout)

Hi Support,

I see in the changelog that there is a new feature for Hikashop.

  • You can display lists and subscribe on Hikashop user creation (registration and checkout)

Is there any documentation for this feature?
I have looked around, but I don't know how to implement this new feature.

Hope you can help me.

Kind regards,
Lumiga

Hi,

You need to have the Hikashop add-on installed. If you haven't done this you can add it in Acymailing-Add-ons.

Once you have added the Hikashop add-on you will see the following parameter in Acymailing-Configuration->Subscription.

After enabling the Hikashop integration you'll see these extra options.

After having configured this you'll see the subscribe option on the Hikashop registration and checkout.

Hello, I'm on Acymailing 7, the Hikashop plugin is activated and I d'ont have the Hikashop integration in the subscription Tab. Is this plugin available for the 7 version or only for 6 ?

      Hi,

You need to enable it in Acymailing->Configuration->Subscription. You'll find it at the bottom of the page.

It's available for v7, Do you have the latest v7.5 installed?

I have a simular problem. The checkbox to subsribe is only visible when set to Password, but no subscription is created on order (as guest) or on registration. The user and order where both created in Hika. But no record in Acymailing

      What am I doing wrong.

Hello I am also interested in the subject.

I can't make the newsletter subscription appear after a custom field as proposed in the Acymailing configuration.

I indicated in the show lists configuration after "custom field" and I indicated the name of my HikaShop custom field but nothing is displayed. I specify that I indicated the name of the field in the HikaShop table and not the title 😉

      Thank you

        Hi,
        if it can help 😉

Make up your own string constant, put it instead of the title and then put the constant and the translation using language translation feature in AcyMailing as described here
        https://docs.acymailing.com/setup/configuration/languages#translations

In my case I wanted to display the field under a custom User field typeprofil so I had to put this data[user][typeprofil]

        Have a good day!
