On ovh I can not put cron url but just a path.
What is de path ?

That my problem.

the link is : https://www.franceszero.com.br/index.php?option=com_acym&ctrl=cron

But on my cron configuration i have :

Command to be executed* ./directory/exemple.php

If i put ./index.php?option=com_acym&ctrl=cron

I have this message :

The characters accepted for files are letters, numbers and the following characters -_./ However, you cannot access parent files using ..

I am confuse... can you help me ?

Did you check OVH's documentation on cron jobs: https://docs.ovh.com/gb/en/hosting/hosting_automated_taskscron/ and did you read the part about using absolute paths?

Hi,

You can't just put your corn job URL as a cron job command

You have to have some script which will call that URL

For example, something like this:
wget -q -O - "YOUR_CRON_JOB_URL_GOES_HERE" >/dev/null 2>&1

Is it possible you give the path?

It is not possible to give path

Your cron job command needs to trigger cron job URL

Just as @jvstratum suggested above

Please give your cron job URL to your hosting support and give them the following example
wget -q -O - "YOUR_CRON_JOB_URL_GOES_HERE" >/dev/null 2>&1
