No DKIM in subscribe message

I host my website on my own vps and mail is handled with a 'shared' host option. I have done all the DNS settings and have a score of 9.6 when I test my newsletter.

I noticed that my newsletters arrive well, but the confirm your subscription are lot of time blocked by spamfilters.
when I look at the source of the mail and the newsletter I noticed that in the newsletter I see:

Subject: test van marc op server
DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha1; q=dns/txt; l=56402; s=acy;
t=1564089601; c=relaxed/simple; h=from:to:subject;
d=xxxxxxxxx.nl; bh=t0FMys5j05qRUVrQgqVXLPisrVw=;
b=k7fZyLs57JCopNd7d6Wxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

But that DKIM-Signature is not added to the 'confirm your subscription' mail. I quess that's where the issue arrise.

How can I solve this?

P.s. I see I made error. When I use the subscribe to newsletter (acymodule) it works, but if I use the Joomla registration than it does not work. So it seems this is a Joomla issue. Very annoying. Anyway if anyone has a solution I would be very happy

You know what is so annoying, when you search for days and does not find a solution for your problem. And then you post your question to a forum and you find the solution yourself shortly after 🤣

The issue was I need to send 10K+ newsletters every fortnight. But that is not allowed on hosting accounts. So I have my own VPS, also because I can configure it and the sites run better there, so I have no limits.

I see Acymailing -newsletter and subscribing- works well but the issue was with Joomls subscription. Because not hundreds of people subscribe each day I can use my SMTP from my hosting account and than the issue is gone.

So for Joomla I use SMTP and for Acymailing phpmail.

Pffffwwww, problem solved.
