My settings have been working fine for years but I've noticed that since the new year (or maybe since November, not sure) people who subscribe are not receiving the confirmation email.
When they subscribe they get the error 'Can not load the e-mail : acy_confirm' in the joomla subscribe module.
When I go to the backend and the configuratin - subscription settings I can see the edit email box. When I click on that it takes me to AcyMailing >templates > Create new template.
I have created a template but it doesn't seem to remember and no matter how many I create it doesn't fix it.
Any idea's
