Hi, how can I insert the unsubscribe link in the footer of the mail I send?

You can add it in the following way

drag and drop text element from the element blocks into the campaign template area

click in the text area of the text element you just dropped and you should see an editor toolbar
click on the Dynamic text feature from the editor toolbar ( { } in the upper right corner)
you should see currently available dynamic text elements in the popup window. Select the unsubscribe tag and apply it

I have always used AcyMailing with great result until this version, Create a number of test templates, no luck even tried using templates from an older version, would not send. No email is any good without unsubscribe, by law! So disappointed, I thought sure I would convince my company that this was a much better way than third parties, maybe next time.

I get the below notice no matter what I try:

No subscription linked to this email

Hello ,

I have tried the same and able to add the link to my email. But when user clicks on it, it just redirect to homepage and nothing happens.

Can you please help me to fix this issue ?

Hi,

Are the users unsubscribe and nothing happens or the users are not unusbscribe?

We are currently working on a new feature to make a better unsubscribe page 🙂

Nothing happens. It just goes to homepage and shows nothing related to the unsubscription. Even users are not unsubscribed from the list.

I have tried to send it using the contact us link which you have shared. but it shows "Your message has not been sent (Access Res is empty). Please contact us at support@acyba.com"

I am submitted the request there .

Do you mean this message is displayed when you click on the unsubscribe link?
If so that's because the campaign is not attached to any list (or you're not subscribed to any list belonging to this campaign).

Let me know if I miss something.
