missing action to list option

Trying to subscribe users from one list to another. The option seems to be missing.
Please advise.

Thanks. I need to clarify my problem. On website One I get what I expect (see image One.jpg).
On website Two I get an abbreviated list of actions (see image Two.jpg)
Any Idea what is causing this difference?

Almost every AcyMailing plugin has a feature which would allow it to show itself in filters dropdown or not. Such feature needs to be enabled in the plugin configuration

Can you check your plugins configuration and make sure that you have configured them the same?

Thanks. That fixed it. Some of the act plugins were disabled. I don't have any idea why...
