Why I am getting this? My rating is down due to this

Hi,

the cause of this problem is that your sending method adds the two headers "X-PHP-Script" and "X-PHP-Filename",

SpamAssassin doesn't like that

Solution: Ask your sending method to not add these headers in the sent emails

Hello @mihha one of my client is using Acymailing Essential on his Joomla's website and when doing the spam test it shows -2,4 points PHP_SCRIPT Sent by PHP Script. Can I know how to solve this issue? Is this something that can be done in cPanel or within Joomla's administrative Panel, or maybe we need a premium Acymailing License to solve this?

Hi,

You should contact your webhost and ask them not to add these headers. Alternatively you could switch to an external smtp provider.

Hello jvstratum thanks. The hosting provider is telling me that it's the extension that is generating the headers. Is there something I can say to prove it's their service doing it?

Change your sending method to smtp and you'll see the header is gone.

Sorry, I'm having the same problem.

Some of my emails are not affected by PHP Script. I then make a copy of that email and update the text to the new message. When I run the new email which was a copy of an old email I get this -2.499 result.

What am I doing different or wrong that some emails are impacted by this while others aren't?
