I have a problem with the unsubscribe button for guests:
Joomla! 3.9.10 Stable / AcyMailing Starter 6.1.9
A guest registers for the newsletter (no account creation in Joomla!)
Guest wants to unsubscribe even without e-mail unsubscribe link
Guest goes to user information via the menu link
Guest enters his e-mail address and clicks on NO for subscription
there is only one button Subscribe, click on it:
"This e-mail address is already used by another user".
The unsubscribe link from the email works perfectly
under AcyMailing KOnfiguration for subscription:
-> Allow not logged in users (switched on)
-> Allow user data change without identification (yes)
-> Joomla integration is switched off
In the module I have set the Logout button to YES, but it is not visible. As a registered user I can save the changes.
How can a guest unsubscribe from the newsletter without the e-mail link?
