missing a temporary folder

hello,

I create a new mail with an existing template and I have to join a file.
When I want to upload a new file in the directory "media/com_acym/upload" this error occurs: "erreur lors de l'upload du fichier Missing a temporary folder"

I verifies that the directory "media/com_acym/upload " exist and this error is new.
I don't understand the reason ?

So i tranferred the file by FTP in "media/com_acym/upload " and it's OK !!! But it's not a good solution.
Could you help me

Hi,

Can you check if you have set your temp folder correctly in Joomla->Global Configuration->Server->Server settings and make sure the folder is writable.

my folder in Joomla ->Global Configuration->Server->Server setting is /home/clients/d2eec8b9a609dce2b12006605ccdfd12/web/tmp

In the FTP site of INFOMANIAK it's /web/tmp

I'am not sure that i's correct ? I'am surprise because I don't modify the config !!!
