After updating acymailing to most recent version, the widget title in the footer gets duplicated. I noticed you did some rework in widget.php of the subscription widget. It is the only widget with this odd behaviour.
Normally I would debug this to check, but it as a localhost update needs a new subscription, I refrain from this (so: please reconsider the somewhat strange thing that localhost dev environment needs an additional subscription)
