pop up error

Hi Team,
I use the subcription module and I want the date declaration to open in a pop up window bit the behaviour is that there is no pop up and I cant close the text. see here https://mero.arkiadesign.de/bodensysteme-21/service-bodensysteme/newsletter.html

Hi Mihha, see third line: Datenschutzerklärung. This is a pop up link which does not pop up and if i try to close it, I cant close it.
