Using Automation to resend Confirmation email?

I would like to resend the default Confirmation email to a new subscriber who has not confirmed the subscription after 3 days.

So far I've figured that Conditions should be something like:

Acymailing Field - confirmed = false
Acymailing Field - creation_date = ?

Actually, you should set the following:

conditions -> leave empty
actions -> resend confirmation email
targets -> unconfirmed subscribers AND AcyMailing list - Subscribed (choose list), {time}-259200 < subscription date
