ACL: permission to send certain newsletters by certain usergroups only

I would appreciate if certain newsletters could be send to one list by certain (staff Joomla) usergroups, without them being able to send newsletters to every list. As far as I have seen the menu items cannot be restricted to one list.
So I suggest that a AcyMailing menu items can be bound to one list. Using the Joomla Access Levels they could be bound to one usergroup
