Where are the reasons of unsubscription

Hi there; I can't seem to find the list of people that unsubscribe from a newsletter, and their reasons why. Can anyone tell me where I can find in in Acymailing 7 ( it used to be in statistics). thanks in advance

Version 7 doesn't have unsubscription survey implemented. That was available in version 5 but in version 7 we decided not to implement that feature

That is really bad. It is such an important feature for people who take email marketing seriously. It is the one thing that I see as a major shortcoming in version 7.

We have seen websites that overridden our unsubscription page and included their own integration with RSForms for example

This is exactly the reason why we didn't implement survey in version 7

It can be easily added using some 3rd party forms extension

When we developed version 4 (and later continued with version 5), such features or 3rd party extensions didn't exist so we had to implement such feature. Now, that is really not needed any more

mihha I don't want to sound critical but that does not make sense to me. Surely you want to offer the very best email system without us needing to cobble together something using other components. I got hooked on your system early on when the unsubscribe page worked well and you had distribution lists. In some ways it feels like the system is loosing important functionality.

I am sorry, but I can't comment on the reasons why our management and developers decided to do it this way

We have just added a feature request page on our website so that people can vote and share their ideas with us.

We will then be able to develop the most wanted ones.
