I have the multilingual option activated. When I start a new campaign and I select template A, the 3 language flags appear (on "edit email" tab), when I switch to template B, there are no more languages/flags to choose from. Is the multi-lingual option linked to each template? I thought it would be visible for all templates? If not, where/when do I select that option, in the template?

Are you using drag and drop template in both cases? Language flags are available only in drag and drop editor

Aaah. OK I understand. Indeed it was a personalized template because the drag-and-drop version doesn't allow another width (or I haven't been able to find it)
