Duplicate URL with ?utm_source=new

I have a problem with duplicate URL which cause problem with my SEO

I get 2 URL for each link I add in my newsletters. How can we get rid of these URL ending with :

?utm_source=newsletter_366&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=etrange-paradoxe-du-mariage
