On our Joomla web site, we have a newsletter archive page that links to all our old "monthly newsletters". The page automatically shows the subject lines of the campaigns that were sent to a list called "everyone-newsletters". We also have a list called "everyone-other", which contain the same users (namely, all of them). The problem is that some of our monthly newsletters were not sent to the "everyone-newsletters" list but to the "everyone-other" list. Everyone still received all the messages, BUT those newsletters do not appear in our newsletter archive page.
What I thought of doing, was to edit the old campaigns and simply add the "everyone-newsletter" list to the newsletter campaigns that used the wrong list, so that those newsletters would end up showing up on our newsletter archive page.
Do I understand correctly that If I add the extra list on the Recipients tab and press "Save and continue", but I do NOT press "Confirm campaign" on the Summary tab, the newsletter will not be resent (and not be sent to new users)?
