Removing Old Attachments used in Email Campaigns

I would like to clean up the attachments that are accumulating from old email campaigns. I do not believe you can do this within the AcyMailing tool. How can I identify the files and remove them at the server level? How do other users get rid of their already-been-sent attachments?

I am afraid that there is no way to identify files attached in some campaign but manually

Also, removal of attachments should be done manually as well

There is no need to put hidden links into your replies and spam topics like that because of few things:

your replies will be removed
our forum adds "nofollow" tag to all links
your user account will be banned
