This is driving me mad. How to I effect a public user subscription form similar to the module from a menu activation.
Under version 5 if the user was not logged in they'd get a subscription form showing the available lists. If they were logged in they'd get their details and subscription status.
All I see in V7 is 1) Subscriber Management page and 2) User Profile
Neither works unless the visitor is logged in (registered), although the menu is set to Public.
The first 1) is completely confusing, the second 2) is almost meaningless, showing only "User Info" with the name and email field, and no list names for selection.
Why is it all so complicated compared to the intuitive simplicity of V5?
BTW, I tried using a module in an article page, but there's no recaptcha.
