Answerform support : "dtstart and dtstartraw are two JEvents data stored in the table xxx_jevents_vevdetail, we don't change this data. dtstart is indeed a timestamp and dtstartraw can indeed be empty.
The data inserted using a shortcode cannot be modified (so the dates cannot be formatted). The formatted date that would have been inserted by our Add-on in its default view can be used with the shortcode {date}"
