Queue Partially Sent

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but we've been having an issue where the queue is only being partially sent. Here's a screenshot:

Upon checking the detailed queue it seems like everyone that has yet to get the email is not marked as Active. This makes sense that users that aren't active aren't supposed to get the email. However, it's confusing to the user if the queue is including the users that are not Active as it appears like the email did not send as it should.

I'm wondering if I have something set incorrectly or if it's a bug of sorts?

This is how the queue is working because it can happen during the send process that you activate the user. In that case, user will receive the email

AcyMailing will remove emails that are not sent after 3 days (by default)
