Using external SMTP: but how?

I am sending newsletters to 5000 personnes through my GANDI-based website, but I always have problems since they often interrupt the work (although I am now down to 30 emails/15 minutes ; I cannot get from them the setting that would be acceptable!).
They suggest to use my internet provider SMTP (Orange in my case): a few questions

I don't see in the 'Help' how and where to do that?
If I send the newsletter from another computer (or when travelling for example), I understand it will not work, is that right?
I can't find on the internet the limitation in terms of emails/15 minutes that Orange would consider (this also seems to be secret, like for GANDI)?
Is Google SMTP another option (I guess it would not be linked to the computer being used)? what are its restrictions and how to set it up on Acymailing?
It seems the link to Elastic-Email proposed by Acymailing at https://docs.acymailing.com/v/old/main-pages/configuration/configuration-tabs/configure-your-send-process/external-smtp-service does not work
Any experience with it from other users?

Sorry for so many questions but I find the issue too quickly addressed in Acymailing's HELP

You can define SMTP settings under the Mail configuration

that is not right. Mail settings in AcyMailing are not related to your local environment
I really can't help you with this. YOu have to contact theoir support and ask them for the limitations
You can setup GMail SMTP in the same way as any other external SMTP server
Elastic mail works without any issues. I don't know why do you think that it is not working

I saw the 'externam SMTP' in the settings
But where do I find all the parameters to set up a Google SMTP on that form?

Regarding Elastic
the website says
Acyba has partnered with Elastic Email. You can get a deal by purchasing through this link
but there is no real link (but of course I googled Elastic email)

You can find GMail SMTP configuration parameters using Google search, of course

We have also, if you checked our documentation, wrote example values exactly for GMail SMTP server
