where are the tags like unsubscribe

i just migrated to 7.5.11 Looks all very good.
BUT... where are the tags like unsubscribe or change your subscription?
Just cannot find them.
if i create a template (e.g. welcome template) there no tags in TAGS.

Tags from version 5 are now called dynamic text feature and you can use them in drag and drop editor as described here

You can't use dynamic text feature in HTML templates

There is a workaround, but it involves more steps

Start creating drag and drop based email, use dynamic text feature, copy the dynamic text code, cancel editing, start editing HTML template, paste the code in it
