Problem with saving template in welcom email

Hi,
when i create a new welcoms email and i use my existing template. And i save this. And then reopen the welcoms email. The template is gone.
Is this a known problem or is this my wrong doing.

Do you have a paid subscription with Acyba or are you using Starter version?

What happens if you try to use drag and drop editor for this email?

Hi Mihha,
i go to emails->Welcome emails->Create new email->One time email(welcome email)->Select list->create->Start From-> choose my template->Save&Exit

Now i reopen the welcome email and the template is gone

I can not use the drop editor, because is cannot import my template. (other topic)

so i purchased the essential version. installed it and copied mij licensecode in the configuration.
It still does not save
