  • Queue no longer being processed after updating to Joomla 3.10.n

We are using Enterprise, latest available version.

Our site has now been progressively updated to Joomla 3.10 to Joomla 3.10.2

Looking at our mailing queue somewhat belatedly I now see none of the queues have been processed since the Joomla 3.10.1 update.

I deleted the queues and rescheduled. However, same problem - they will not process.

I have Acymailing configured to email error alerts, but none have been generated.

Is there a log somewhere I can check?

UPDATE: Just noticed the cron job link is no longer visible or missing. Is that it?
UPDATE 2: Checking further smart news letters are no longer being triggered either :-(

Any ideas for a solution or how I might force the newsletters to be emailed?

OK, worked it out. One of the updates must have done something to the license key- I re-installed, and re-entered the license key, then clicked activate. That seems to have got me going again again.
