Setting article spacing when using Autocontent

I have a newsletter template created with an autocontent tag as follows:

{autocontent:50-51-52-| min:1| max:5| order:id,DESC|filter:created| type:intro|link| pict:0| format:TOP_LEFT}

This correctly pulls the content I want and displays it, however the articles have no space between them when generated. How can I insert a gap into the space in between the bottom of one article and the top of the next?

Thank you for pointing me this way but can you please be more specific? The autocontent tag is pulling articles into the email and they are formatted correctly, they are simply stacked on top of each other too closely. It is unclear to me how to tell the plugin (that you have pointed me to the customization of) to identify they elements it is pulling in and add space.

Custom template which I suggested is for one article that autocontent plugin puuls from the articles manager

That way, you can add HTML which will be visible after each article.
