Automatic Attachment image problem (default_image.png)

Hi There,

There is a serious attachment problem even on the latest 7.6 version, whenever we create a campaign there is a automatic image attahment delivering with it called defaul_image.png, on the settings dashboard there is no attachment, there is nothing wrong with the Developer Tools dashboard either.
Please guide me to solve this problem, It happens to all campaigns except the ready templates like christmas etc.
I also created a support ticket 3 days ago but no response yet.

I have replied two days ago to your ticket which you opened

If you didn't receive it, please check your spam folder or your email service quarantine. It is possible that our email was somehow marked as spam

I have no mail in the spam folder and none in the quarantine folder

Hey everyone, I think I found the solution. I did not use the default Joomla Image Manager for inserting the images and the not default one (quantum image manager in my case) did not replace a specific data-mce attribute but only the image src. So somehow the email client thought that this image might be important. The weird thing is, that only one of the receivers got that image as attachment, others not. So it was very hard to understand why this happened.
