You can add you Acy,ailing fields to your url's. Just put the same codes as used for dynamic text (https://docs.acymailing.com/main-pages/templates/create-a-template#insert-a-dynamic-text) and to avoid any issues with special characters you need to add urlencode.
example.com¶m={subscriber:name | urlencode} will add the subscriber's name to your url.
In case you need to add this user info as utm paramaters, make sure you disable Google tracking in your Acymailing configuration, otherwise the utm parameters will be replaced by Acymailing with the default ones.
