Multiple templates for article add-on

Hi,
We need to have multiple templates for articles plug-ins. For example our users need to display 1 article in a way and a pack of 4 differently. For now we just have either standard template or custom. How can we do that ?

I haven't tested it, but you could try to make a copy of the article add-on and add it as a custom plugin/add-on as described here: https://docs.acymailing.com/developers/acymailing-developer-documentation#create-an-acymailing-plugin-to-insert-content-in-your-emails

jvstratum Hi, it was one of my idea too. Can we get the article add-on alone in order to easily duplicate and rename the class etc ? Or there is a good way to duplicate this add-on ?

You need to download the zip file, the php in it is fully documented.

As mentiones in the documentation I mentioned you should put your plugin in administrator/components/com_acym/dynamics. In that same folder you also find the Article add-on. You might want to copy it and make changes as desired and then add it as a new addon.

The example.zip is an empty one but yes I will try to just duplicate the article add-on but in a lot of other case only duplicating a folder (and renaming class etc) is not enough for enabling the plug-ins which need to be register somewhere in database it's why I asked. I will put in dev our project and try it.

Are you talking about the example.zip of the tutorial or the complete acymaling zip ?
The complete entreprise file contain the dynamics/article files. I will try to modify this folder to articles2 and change the class plgAcymArticle extends acymPlugin part
