Where to style the Newsletter Templates

Hi
I dont' know where to change the Global Styles for my Nesletter Templates. For Example all Headings (h1,h2,h3 etc.) are for some reasons text-transform:uppercase. Or where exactly can i change the style of an "a" element?

It's clearer now. So i have to change the text-transform with Custom CSS.
