Date format - change to UK

The subscription date in Acymailing 7 is defaulting to the "mixed up" USA format MMDDYY.
Can you please tell me how to default to YYYYMMDD or DDMMYY please.
The USA format is so confusing!

You can change the date format in any format you like by editing your language files in Acymailing-Configuration->Languages. See also https://docs.acymailing.com/setup/available-language/translate-acymailing

OK, thanks for the minimalist instructions lol! Just in case someone else searches for this, what you need to do is find the language link above, click on Edit, go to the "customizable" box, type in ACYM_DATE_FORMAT_LC5="d/m/Y" and save. I would recommend not attempting this on e.g. 11/11 as I have just done, so you can't tell if it worked! 😁

This is not a very user friendly way for non-USA people to make their systems show the correct date format, so please do consider making it more user friendly. Most of the world does NOT use m/d/y (as it's illogical....!)
