create a segment for NOT bought in woocommerce

I would like to create a segment for "not purchased"
we sell a seasonal product.

Once customer has bought, I want a series of emails to go to that customer and not to get the main newsletter

But I want my main newsletter to still go to all who have not yet bought for the season.

The segments only seem to allow for bought.

I can't seem to exclude people who have already bought from the main list.

Hi,

For now you can use mass actions (or in case you want to run it at any given time interval you can create an Automation) in two different ways to achieve what you want.

You can create a custom field and set a Yes/No value for users tthat bought or didn't bought your product and use the field value as a filter.

Alternativly you can create a seperate list and subscribe users who bought your product to that list. You can then filter your users subscribed to your general list AND not subscribed to this new list.

Thank you, sorry I missed this reply.
Are there any links that show me what to do in detail?
Can I automatically add people to a list, or is that done manually? If it is manual it seems like a huge job each week to check.

Mass actions are onetime jobs you can run. You can use Automations to do this automaticly at any given interval or if you like based on a Woocommerce order status change. It's documented here: https://docs.acymailing.com/main-pages/automations
