I have send a few campaigns in the past week and when I have tried to test the message the SPAM score part doesn't complete, even after several minutes.

Have I done something wrong - I a fully up to date on WP and Acymail?

We have noticed this kind of problem when some files didn't update properly during the installation of new versions

Please try to remove AcyMailing completely and install it once again
