Migrate from joomla to wordpress

I haven´t found anything on this matter except the quite lacking Section in the Guide.

I need to migrate acymailing data from joomla to wordpress and it says both need the same major version and to be on the same upgraded plan.

Which tool is recommended to backup my wordpress environment as I am messing with datatbles?
How can I activate acymailing essential on my developer environment when the license is already active on joomla?
Is there any migration function in acymailing 7?
Is the guide https://docs.acymailing.com/setup/migration/migrate-between-joomla-and-wordpress accurate for Acymailing v7?

Hi,

Normally your hosting environment offers a tool to backup your files and databases.

You need to have exactly the same version installed on both Joomla and Worpress. It's not necessary to have your license attached to both.

Th emigration from Joomla to Worpress (or vice versa) is a manual process. The only migration tool available is to migrate your data from v5 to v7 on the same server.

All documentation is accurate.
