Hi there,
so far nobody has been able to help me, not even the support. But maybe someone has the same problem and a solution.
In Joomla 4, URL rewrite is set. It should stay that way. This removes index.php from the URL. Now the problem is that the URL for the cron job needs exactly this: https://www.domain.com/index.php?option=com_acym&ctrl=cron
Has anyone found a solution to the problem? Unfortunately, crone jobs cannot be executed at the moment and are an important reason for using the component.

So, there are few things to notice here:

you didn't provide correct admin login details, so we can't check the issue
cron job is redirected to the website home page, which means that some rule in your .htaccess file is doing this. If you can create an exception for that or an exception for any other PHP file in your website root folder, we can use that file to trigger the cron job

Cron job triggering is working perfectly well when SEF URLs are enabled.

Please provide correct login details (reply to the ticket and not here) and we will take a look

Right, the temporary access was closed again in the meantime. The answer also says that this is not required because an entry must be made in the .htacess file. Unfortunately, I cannot be told what exactly. Otherwise I would make this entry. But unfortunately the cron job with URL rewrite doesn't seem to work. And that's exactly why I need an exception. Unfortunately it still doesn't work. However, no errors were found in the backend when the access was still active. So I need someone who can tell me what to do when the URL rewrite is active in order to activate the cron job.
I was hoping that there might be users here who have had this problem before. It also worked with version 5, only not with Joomla 4 and Acymailing 7.

If you provide the content of your .htaccess file in the ticket, maybe we can figure out what is blocking the access to the cron job URL

As I said, there is no reason that cron job URL shouldn't work, even with SEF URLs enabled
