Default subscription form

At the beginning of the link, I insert a link to my site
<form action="http://YOURWEBSITE/index.php?option=com_acymailing&ctrl=sub" method="post">

but when filling out and sending the subscription form, the system informs me that the component was not found =(

do I need to add something in this file http://YOURWEBSITE/index.php so that the system can see my component?

Or should I use a link or another link with another folder? please who can help me😭
