subscription form without fields

With the acy5 module i created a subscription option without fields bij placing a space in the 'Displayed fields' field.
With the acy7 module the email field is always shown which i do not want, users are always loggeding and only allowed to use there (business) accountmailadres to subscribe.

How to do it in acy 7?

Update:
I noticed that if i set 'Display user information if logged in' to yes. they cannot change the email adres.👍
So that makes is less of a problem, still i would like to hide the field.

You can hide the field using custom CSS code

Use browser developers tools to find a correct CSS class and then hide it

With that you can almost do everything.😋 But the site and upgrades gets more complex and risky.

But if you can choose display fields in the config why not add the emailfield as option like in acy5.
