Do you have a paid version or free version of AcyMailing?
If you have an Enterprise version, try to create an email and test its spam score to see what you can do to increase your score. If you have Starter version, you will have to check your spam score as well, but you can't do it from AcyMailing interface. You will have to do it manually by visiting https://www.mail-tester.com/ service
