only english as subscriber language in the backend

I installed German and English as the language in acymailing. German is the standard language.

In the backend in the Acymailing configuration, both languages are displayed under Language. When I open a subscriber, only English is available there and all new subscribers are created with the language English.

What do I have to do so that German can also be selected and defined as the standard for the subscriber?

You need to enable the multilanguage switch in Acymailing->Configuration->Languages.

I did that (see attached file), but German is not displayed for the subscriber.
