The problem is some users don't receive it. No bounce no reason why. Resending doesn't solve the problem. It is not in their Spam folder. Nothing in the component log. This issue is with Acy V5-V7. I have a friend who in our TESTER list, he doesn't receive anything either. Only sometimes 2/10 let me say. In the 8 cases no error on my end, no emails on his end. And in the system, it stays sent but unopened.
So resending doesn't solve the issue, we need the original in pdf, and my office sends it out manually.
