Download Sent email/newslatter as PDF

Hello, In V5 it was easy to download a SENT email from acymailing from a user profile. In very rare cases, some customers do not receive important updates. In V5, from their profile, we were able to download the same email sent to them in PDF format and send them manually.

How can we do that in the V7+?

There is no such possibility in version 7

You can open a newsletter in an online view (from the newsletter archive for example) and print that page to a PDF file which you can then send to your subscribers

The problem is one part of our emails contain unique and sensitive data about the users themselves like the order number, private information. So we need a specific email with these sent to the specific user who not received the email.

The only way then is to resend the email to that specific subscriber using Segment feature during email sending

The problem is some users don't receive it. No bounce no reason why. Resending doesn't solve the problem. It is not in their Spam folder. Nothing in the component log. This issue is with Acy V5-V7. I have a friend who in our TESTER list, he doesn't receive anything either. Only sometimes 2/10 let me say. In the 8 cases no error on my end, no emails on his end. And in the system, it stays sent but unopened.

So resending doesn't solve the issue, we need the original in pdf, and my office sends it out manually.
