Distribution list set up in V7

How can we set up the distribution list in V7+? Is there any option?

Distribution lists are not implemented yet in version 7 I am afraid

There is a high voted feature request: https://www.acymailing.com/feature-requests/ for distribution lists.
Maybe you can upvote it.
