Update Starter from 5 to 6

Hello,
I am trying to update my Acymailing Starter. Joomla 3.9.10 and Starter 5.6 installed, when clicking the "check my version" button, I get "you have latest version installed". But it turns out the latest version is 6.1. Managed to update to 5.10 by installing the version in Joomla Install, but when I try to install the 6 version, I get completely new instance of Acymailing in the system.
I want to update what I already have.
Found no info on your pages.

The reason you got "you have latest version installed" is because 6 is totally different.
That`s why you also get a completely new instance.

Just stay with 5 if everything works Version 6 is still in development and doesn`t have al the features of 5 yet.

There is an import function in version 6 to import v5 if you want to give it a try. And offcourse use a test site for that.
