Is there a way to see a report of why people unsubscribe.
Most people are just not interested anymore but I had one lady who had a bad experience. She had not told us about it apart from on her unsubscribe reason - and this went unnoticed until she emailed again to ask why no-one had been in touch with her.
I see no way of generating a report to say why people have unsubscribed.
Is that only way to actually go through each one?
Our developers are planning to add Unsubscribe reason to the Statistics, but until then, the only way to see the reason is to check Subscribers profile
