Acymailing backend very slow

Hello dear forum,

I just installed Acymailing 6.1.10 and realised that the backend of Acymailing needs a long time to load single pages. I did not have a problem like this with Acymailing 5. It was just the Dashboard page, which took a long time with Acymailing 5.

I have to wait like over 20-30 seconds to load a page now. I tried disabling other plugins, that I don't need, but it didn't help.

Did someone else have a problem like this?

Hi we have the same issue.
It´s extremly slow. When i cklick on users tab / menu in acymailing backend it´s take looong time to load. We have in the list onyl 10 users. Same if i like to edit email template.

Any tip on how to solve this?

Hi,

There are some things you can check:

Make sure you have the lates version 6.8.3 installed.
In Acymailing->Configuration-Securty run a database integrity check
Open the network tab in your browser console (F12 in Chrome and Firefox), visit some backend pages and see if you get any errors in your console.
Last thing you can try to turn on Joomla debug mode and set error reporting to maximum. Visit the Acymailing pages again and see if you get any additional error messages.
