Unsubscribe page link

Hello. I want to use the link to "unsubscribe from a list",
So i was wondering how I can get or create this link?
I found something like this that works on my testwebsite:
.../nl/?option=com_acym&ctrl=frontusers&task=unsubscribe
but on my production website it doesn't work, and I get a weird error like "captcha didn't work"

You should add

{unsubscribe}Unsunbscribe text{/unsubscribe}

code in the newsletter so AcyMailing can replace it with the correct link for the specific subscriber
