Campaignmails triggerd by specific date

Hi,
Is it possible with Acymailing 5 or 6 to create a campaign which is triggerd by a specific date (birthday)?
Like with a babysite where emails are send based on the age of a baby?
Something like this:
birthday =D0
Mail 1 >> D30
Mail 2 >> D60
Mail 3 >> D90
Mail 4 >> D365

Hi,

In AcyMailing 5 there is the birthday plugin that allows you to send an email on the birthday but I don't think that could send at day 30 etc.
