Newsletter links don't work

Hi,
I tried looking for similar threads but couldn't find Any.
All links to the articles in old and new communications have stopped working. I upgraded joomla to version 3.10.4 and acymailing to version 5.10.24

The link in the editor and in the email have this structure
https://www.domain.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=4217:alias-article&catid=10&idU=2&acm={subtag:subid}_75

By clicking on the link the browser tries to open this link

https://4217-alias-article.html

How can I solve the problem?

Are those articles accessible by the public, or do you need to be logged in to the site to see them?
