Updates not showing up in Joomla Updates

Hi there,
My AcyMailing (essential license) updates are not showing up in te Joomla Update list, and also not in my MySites.guru account. I have entered my licence-ID in the AcyMailing configuration and it is valid.
I did clear the cache, updated the updatesites etc, but I can only update AcyMailing by downloading it on the website and uploading it on my site.
What is going wrong?

I think this is a continuing problem. I have that for years already on several Joomla sites. Can come up add random and is very annoying.
