Template Editor - CSS Classes

Currently a CSS ID can be added to a block. However, the option to add a class would be helpful. I have a series of icons in my newsletter that are styled similarly, and it is more efficient to add a single class to all of them.

Currently if I try adding an ID to them all to achieve this, it breaks the block selection tool.

In fact, I seem unable to recover my template from having added the same ID to multiple sections. The blocks can no longer be selected.

How do I fix this?

Not to worry, I found the table in the database with the template and edited the code there.
